Location: 9 West Pine Street, Philipsburg, PA 16866. When traveling west on Route 322 go to the 3rd traffic light and turn left on N. Third Street. Go 3 blocks to Spruce Street. Turn right on Spruce and go two blocks to Front Street. Turn left and go 1 block to Pine Street.  Turn right at Pine Street. Library is on the Right 1/2 block.
